QgQi Kung, or 氣功 literally “Life Energy Cultivation”, is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and intention for energy, healing, and true inner strength. Qigong exercise involves rhythmic breathing synchronized with intentional movement, focus, and visualization of guiding Qi throughout the body. Using Qigong will improve all aspects of well-being such as balance, energy, strength, flexibility, concentration and much more. This is not martial arts or self-defense! But it is a path to well-being, a better you. We encourage all levels no matter your age, your ability or your current level of fitness to attend.
