My Qigong classes, (often referred to as Chinese Yoga) are held every Wednesday Evening in the Portico Gallery on Knight's Hill SE27
The First class is Free to new-comers.
I have been teaching in West Norwood for 12 years now, and have a great class, with a wonderful group of students. There are always new people joining, and as we are about to start a new set, there couldn't be a better time to revitalise you Health and Vitality!
My Students range from 12 to 80 years old!
The class is very gentle, but depending on how you approach it can develop into a very strong exercise form.
This is the oldest formal exercise set known to mankind (3000-5000 years old!) All of Chinese Martial Arts and Medicine is build on Qigong theory!

My Pilates mat based classes have no more than 10 people in a class and will be held at Goodliffe Hall Project, Christ Church Gipsy Hill, 1 Highland Road, London, SE19 1DP and cost £6.00 as a pay as you go, or buy a block of 10 Classes: £54.00 (you get 1 class free and can be used for any of our mat classes and is valid for 4 months).
This mat class is perfect for anyone looking for a fitness based Pilates class. Our classes have no more than 10 people in a class which keeps it small enough to give you individual attention and to adapt exercises accordingly to each individual ability and fitness level.
