FREE Injury Prevention Educational Evening for Cyclists

We would like to invite you to our FREE cyclist’s educational evening, attending this evening will help you avoid injury and assist you in achieving pain free cycling no matter what level you participate at.

• Paul Mill, British Cycling Level 3 road and time trial coach and bike fitting specialist of Elite Cycling, who is currently working with Maxifuel on the Halfords Tour Series and will be part of the Team for the Tour of Britain.
• George Martin BSc MACPSM, musculoskeletal physiotherapist and member of Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine.
