Introduction to Patchwork and Quilting
5 Hours £65.00 inc VAT
Patchwork is the art of sewing pieces of fabric together and quilting is the act of sewing the quilt layers together.
Learn the techniques for both in this one day course and make a wall hanging or table mat.
These days patchwork and quilting can be traditional or trendy.  Use patchwork to make a quilt, a cushion, clothes, bags or cover furniture. Once you know how let your imagination and creativity run riot.
We will provide you with the fabric, tools and everything you need.
Some previous experience of using a sewing machine is required. If you do not have this we recommend you attend our learn to sewcourse first.
Teacher Regan Purcell
Duration 5 Hours
Class Level   Basic experience of how to use a sewing machine required.

Intermediate / Advanced Level Pilates Class @ Crystal Palace Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre

Pilates is a mind body conditioning exercise program that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture.

All classes run over a continous 5 week period for £55

Intermediate/Advanced

Mondays 8.00-9.00pm

These classes require a good knowledge of Pilates.
