Dear Vners
This came to me whilst meditating a 6am this morning, so I have to share it.
I thought it would be really nice to have a thread where we share positive quotes, and little postive dittys.
There seems to be a lot of stress and anger around, so wouldnt it be nice to come to this thread, and read an inspiring quote, and a little story about something nice that has happened. No I'm not trying to start somekind of online hippy commune lol. I know there are some wonderfully creative people out there who would wonderful at inspiring us when we are down, or just having onme of those days. And you never know, we may even end up with a Virtual Norwood Book of Quotes on bookshelves around the world!! :)

So if I may start, here is one of my favs

Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. “Pooh! he whispered. “Yes, Piglet?” “Nothing,” said Piglet, taking Pooh’s paw. “I just wanted to be sure of you”. A A Milne

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.”

Mary had a little bike
she rode it on the grass
every time the wheel went round
a spoke went up her....

I swung a Tiger by the tail
in my search for the Holy Grail
now one thing is clear for all to see
I couldn't stop time, but time stopped me.

I chased a bug
Around a tree
I'll have his blood
He knows I will.

A vice both obscure and unsavoury
Kept the bishop of Leicester in slavery.
Amidst terrible howls,
He deflowered young owls,
In a crypt fitted out as an aviary.
opposed to taking terrapins.

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor in the morning, the Devil says “oh crap, she’s awake”!!

And I thuoght this was going to be serious! Whatever, here goes.

There was a young man fron Dundee
Got stung on the leg by a wasp
Whe asked if it hurt
He said not very much
It can can do it again if it likes

That's the only clean one I know!
