Hi everyone

I'm wondering if you can recommend or know of anywhere I could take dresses to be altered / taken in? I'm not aware of anywhere, though maybe the drycleaners?

If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, it would be much appreciated.

Cheers :)

A thumbs-up for Golden Arrow dry cleaners next to Tesco Express on Anerley Hill, which I use for both dry-cleaning and alterations. They are unfailingly polite and helpful and their work is of good quality.

They could do with tarting up the front of the shop though as it's a bit dingy! I've used Golden Arrow quite a few times and they've always been fine. We quite like the one on the corner of Church Road and Belvedere though too. My other half has used them a number of times for resewing hems.

I agree. Why oh why can't Anerley Road get a makeover like Leyton High Road! http://www.dailymail...EastEnders.html

Next to Sefgrove man did me a big favour with an invisible mending a while back which i though was beyond redemption. Try them
