Local London Assembly member results: No changes necessary ^^^

This is a work in progress, updated list to follow soon to reflect the recent changes:

CONSERVATIVE council leader Mike Fisher has announced changes to his front bench team – “The Leadership”.

Councillor Fisher has kept his existing team, but with alterations to their portfolios.

Councillor Dudley Mead retains his housing brief and will now also be in charge of capital assets.

Responsibility for the annual budget has passed from him to Councillor Steve O'Connell, who will also hang onto his performance brief.

Councillor Tim Pollard has added arts, culture and libraries to his current portfolio of children, young people and learners.
His regeneration brief has moved to Councillor Jason Perry, who will combine this with his present planning job.

Councillor Sara Bashford has relinquished the culture job, but is hanging on to corporate services and gaining responsibility for the voluntary sector.

Councillor Vidhi Mohan will combine his existing communities post with economic development.

The highways and environment job stays with Councillor Phil Thomas, who will also assume responsibility for leisure centres and parks.

Councillor Margaret Mead and Councillor Simon Hoar retain their roles as health and adult social care and community safety spokesmen respectively.

Cllr Fisher said: "Some portfolios were large and this is about giving a fairer distribution of responsibilities across the cabinet."
