If the VN Tavern had a traditional Juke Box and a pool table what would be our classic top 40 playlist. I'll kick start this one with a few suggestions for the pot. If we get enough contributions and a consensus we can work up a list of 40 for a poll at Christmas?

Kinks: Waterloo Sunset? All day and all of the Night? You really got me?
Fleetwood Mac: Albatross
Doors - Riders on the Storm
Everything But The Girl - Missing
Amy Whinehouse - Back to Black
Pixies - Monkey Gone to Heaven
Eagles - Hotel California
The Animals - House of the Rising Sun
REM: Losing my religion
B52's - Love Shack
Killers: Somebody Told Me? Sams Town? When you were young
Sam Brown: Stop
Motorhead: Ace of Spades
Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water
Police: Message in a Bottle? Roxanne?
Madonna: Holiday? Hung Up?

Ooh - and Radiohead, 'There There (The Boney King of Nowhere)'

(including the wonderfully bizzare video)

Would be good to come up with a list people can vote for by the end of the year. No idea how we are going to do it but you can throw as many into the pot as you wish and feel free to comment on previous suggestions.

Duran Duran - Hungry Like the Wolf is a real contender for the juke box !

Will add all to the list later.
