Agreed re the voice, but probably not helped by the fact she's coming back pissed from a Christmas party. Great video and she was a good sport the day after on Twitter by all accounts.

On a clear, moonless night the human eye can detect a match being struck 50 miles away.

No. No no no no no. I am not going to click that link, because I value my eyes.
I make mixes, some of which are quite good. My wife and I cook things too.

heh heh.... I think the link is to Rachel's blog?

I like toasty, warm onesis on cold nights - although I have had to engineer a secret split in an appropriate place otherwise you get ridiculously chilly again if you have to go to the loo in the middle of the night (too much information? ).

Have seen some people wear onesis in public though. So very wrong :(

Oops no, I thought the word 'onesies' itself was the link. I recently saw a jpeg of a Hoxton Tw4t wearing a onesie.

In a pub.

Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong.

Food served on wooden chopping boards. Ridiculous affectation, and makes a meal out feel like feeding time at the zoo.

While I'm at it, food served in 'individual' anything - ceramic dishes, baskets, cast iron pots. Put it on a bleedin plate mate. So disappointing to order steak pie that turns out to be 20% stew, 30% pastry lid and 50% dish.

With you on the dish thing. I loathe having part of my main served in a blisteringly hot dish (obviously yanked out of the freezer/fridge and blasted in the microwave) on the side - I want to mix the food on my plate.

Chopping boards are out, slate slabs are in!
