Looking for a good, local dressmaker who can make me a dress from a picture.

speak to Vivienne @ Vien. She may be able to point you in the right direction. She is however away at the moment - not sure when she is back

I'd try Cate Shaw at Allbone and Trimmit down in Coopers Yard - she is a fantastic designer, bespoke dressmaker.
