No, no holes - I wouldn't try to sell it if there were.
The defects (as far as I can remember) are that one of the fibre-glass poles is slightly cracked (but will still fit together - the poles are on elastic, if you know what I mean) and some of the loops that the inner tent fits onto (it's a loop and toggle system) are broken, but could easily be fixed.
