The first part of this name which all runs together has three syllables

First: Connects Neck and Admiral
Second: Victoria had one
Third: Part of body associated with prayer?

...and to end - a dozen and a baker's dozen?

But hang on, isn't a dozen and a baker's dozen 25 altogether?
I make mixes, some of which are quite good. My wife and I cook things too.

Hmmm - munkeyboy that clue is too opaque, even I haven't the foggiest so no hope for anyone else. Moreover how awful to construct a question that requires people having to actually read my posts - something that should not be imposed on anyone and must surely contravene the Human Rights Act? For those reasons and others I care not to mention I have decided to void your clue. Any further infringement of Who Am I? rules and regs will be met with disproportionate punishment

Right here's a proper clue - Who Am I?

One word, three syllables:

1. connects oy, tic and Tony
2. sideless cart
3. mamal
