Gentle yoga for people of all ages.

Yoga with Chris is a therapeutic approach to Hatha Yoga, learning to being kind to our bodies, to relax, and move easily without pain. Gradually through a series of simple exercises we develop good breath, core strength and greater freedom of movement in our joints.

Small group class with plenty of individual attention.

Thursdays 10-11.30am
Fridays 9.30-11am

£48 for 6-week course
Drop-in £10, space permitting
