Never bother with the Triangle these days but if I did my liking of sport and/or cheap beer means:
1. Patrick's
2. 'spoons

er, that's about it.

Skip furniture, gastropubs, West End prices and creches don't appeal to me.

1 - Grape & Grain (agree on decor Chewie, but the beer is superb, it gives me a CAMRA discount and is has a great buzz)
2 - Numidie downstairs
3 - Sparra
4 - Erm...
5 - That's it
I make mixes, some of which are quite good. My wife and I cook things too.

1. Railway Bell - the only clean decent local pub I would bother with
2. Gipsy Hill Tavern - decent honest to goodness pub
3. Grape & Grain - amazing beer but can be quite sterile
3. Numidie downstairs

The White Hart is ok at times as is Westow House but I wouldn't contemplate much else unless I wanted to eat. And if I wanted to eat I'd go to a restaurant.

1. G&G - for the beer, for the vibe, for the landlord, it must be
2. Alma - the smart place to eat and drink
3. Numidie - not been much recently, but it's like nothing else I've come across in London
4. Bell - if I ever get down that way
5. Paxton - again, if I'm down in Gipsy Hill

Never really got on with the Sparra. Spoons deserves a mention for the beer. White Hart has dropped off the list now... too much competition. Westow just tries to be all things to all people.

Where's the Albert???
