Saturday classes now being held at Antenna Studios

Pilates will strengthen your core, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. It's a great way to release stress/muscle tension, improve back health and re-balance the body

Classes take place on Saturdays 11am - 12pm and are suitable for people of all levels and abilities.

Dance Body Workout incorporates elements of ballet, contemporary and Pilates. Combining exercises in strength, mobility, balance and co-ordination, this class is designed to help you develop strong lean muscles, great posture and flexibility.

Classes take place on Saturdays 12pm - 1pm and are suitable for people of all levels and abilities. No dance experience necessary.

£40 for 6 classes
£8 drop in
