...having trouble with drains? All ours are nearly full, including, rather worryingly, the foul water traps; it's the same for our neighbours. Calling Thames Water achieves nothing (I was on hold for 10 minutes before I got to leave a ringback message), but it'd be nice to know if anyone else nearby is having the same trouble, so we know how localised a problem it is...
I make mixes, some of which are quite good. My wife and I cook things too.

Top of Waldegrave rd....similar problems. Fortunately not the Sniffy house, but my poor neighbours have had dreadful problems.
Wishing you a speedy resolve!

There was a similar problem few years ago down my end of the Hill - unfortunately the way tha the Victorian drainage is set up is not too helpful. One of the neighbours had the drain blocked (cannot remember the cause tbh) and it blocked everything else .... now I check if there is any overspill (yuk) regularly. Kinda pathetic I know .... we distributed a leaflet to everyone in the road to make them aware of the situation for future reference.
