I've always had mixed views about this place. I enjoy the food most of the time but the service is often slow and during my pregnancy, they always served me my burger medium rare, despite emphasising the need for it to be well done with no blood. They would then expect my husband to eat his burger whilst I waited another 20 minutes for mine to arrive, and often it would still be bloody. However, my main issue is that I've just discovered they have a hygiene rating of 0 out of 5 (from the Foods Standards Agency) - the worst you can get. So until they get this sorted I shall not be returning.

Went there with a group on Friday - was all very enjoyable.

I think there burgers are among the best on the Triangle.

I have been a few times and thought their burgers were quite tasty but stopped going for 3 reasons.  Slightly unfriendly service, weird acoustics so it's really noisy in there, probably due to all the hard surfaces, and a really bad Scores on the Doors rating of 0.  I think this may have gone down from 1 to 0 since the butcher and fishmonger opened up, but that's seriously offputting.
