Sydenham now has a shop selling Spanish food. It's called La Tienda and on Sydenham Road, opposite The Dolphin. I popped in there today and chat with the couple who run it (he's Polish, she's Cuban). When I asked why they had opened a Spanish shop, they said it was because they both love Spanish food.

At the moment, you can buy things such as manchego, morcilla, chirizo, iberica ham, olives, vinegar and paella rice. Some shelves weren't full because a delivery hadn't arrived.  You can also buy Polish produce.

The shop should do well, as I can't think of anywhere else in this part of south-east London dedicated to Spanish food.
