Ladies esp...
Where do you get your hair cut?
Does anyone go to a SE19 salon?

I go to Baccarat on Westow Street. Very nice staff, have never had a dodgy haircut, but fairly pricey, I think it was £35 last time I went.

We got a leaflet through the letterbox from Baccarat the other week for 1/2 price hair cuts. My other half has booked an appt and is going this week.

Baccarat can't be anywhere near the prices of where I normally go (Rush, Croydon) so I'll try it out!

I love 'Craft' on Anerley Rd. Down in the little parade of shops near the station. Prices are good!!

I go there as well. Very nice people working in there. And cheap!

I had a cut and blow dry done very recently in Baccarat and they were very nice. I took advantage of the top range (only £33) but it came to £17 as I made full use of the promotional letter that was was posted out to Crystal Palace residents

I use Baccarat too. They're always doing promotions if you're on their mailing list, so it's probably worth giving them a call and asking for a discount...

Can anyone recommend a good hairdressers either local or in Croydon itself? I keep going back to where I used to live in Forest Hill and thought it was about time I found somewhere new.

Not answering your question but where did you go in Forest Hill?

I normally pay West End prices cos I'm scared of local hairdressers but possibly time I got over it!

The Village Salon, close to WHSmiths. I liked them and will keep using them if there is nothing local that is good.

My hairdressers (Victor Stephen in Croydon) has just mysteriously closed down  , so I need to find a new hairdressers before my holiday in a couple of weeks. I remembered reading that Baccarat were quite good. Is this still the case? Does anyone know how much the senior stylist charges (for a cut and bd)? Does anyone happen to know if they are offering any discounts at the moment? Are there any other hairdressers in the area which are worth me trying?
Thanks
Bex

Thanks Rachel - Please don't think I'm being rude - but did your husband really pay £36 for a hair cut?

I've just booked an appointment with Toni & Guy in Croydon, £40 for a senior stylist which I didn't think was too bad
