HELP! Got some friends coming over tonight and need to get some ideas if theres some places that are dog friendly ie have seating areas outside where the dog can chill with us.....

we were thinking of just having a drink but if theres anywhere we could eat too well that wouldbe an added bonus.....

Dulwich Wood House. Decent food and VERY dog friendly...

Designed by Paxton too:

The Alleyn's Head in West Dulwich has a big garden area and food (albeit not very sophisitcated.)

Crown and Greyhound in Dulwich Village have a big outdoor bit. Don't know if they do food on Friday evening.

Railway at Tulse Hill (bit iffy? They do food though).

I don't know about having dogs inside any of these places, I'm afraid.

...we decided to leave the dog at ome have a cocktail (or two) at joanna's (a tad pricey mind you!) and whilst savouring these tipples we had ordered a very expensive takeaway at Tamnag thai - lurvley :)

BUT we did goout on sunday and had the dog with us at cafe st germain - it was hard work keeping the dog occupied....but we all had a nice breakfast.....

I will be trying out the bar you suggested when it gets warmer so we can walk there without a threat of a downpour (like last friday eveing!) :D

You can sit outside of the bluebottle with dogs - last time I was there it was a virtual kennel club!

It's ok during the day, but at around 5pm the sun disappears behind the building and it gets very cold... bbbbrrrrrrrrrrr

Are there any (non-ghastly) pubs in Crystal Palace that anyone knows of that you can take dogs inside? I seem to recall seeing a dog in the Alma, but this could've been a figment of my imagination. Sitting outside is all well and good until frostbite sets in around 9pm....

The White Hart last time I asked (as long as isn't a big barker!)

I've definitely seen dogs in the White Hart before so I'm sure it'll be fine as long as it's well behaved.
