Me and the Mr treated ourselves to dinner there on Saturday night (after I decided I couldn't be bothered to cook), and although we hadn't booked we did manage to get a table (the last one I think). Had the seafood salad and the steak (strange choice for a Vietnamese place, but it is soooo yummy), and the food and service was as great as ever. Nice to see the place busy as well - seems way too quiet in the week.

went for a pub lunch down to The Mansion only to find it was shut so went over the road to here. They had 2 courses for £6.95 - BARGAIN! Friendly lady serving us and a nice chilled out atmosphere for an easy sunday afternoons eating.....

We ate there last night, and it's the best Vietnamese food in South London as far as we're concerned! Having spent 2 months in Vietnam, we can vouch that the flavours are all totally spot on - something that not all Vietnamese restaurants get right. We had fresh spring rolls bursting with juicy prawns and coriander, a plate of crispy salt and pepper squid, a beautiful bowl of beef Pho noodle soup flavoured with star anise, and zingy citrussy lemongrass noodles with seafood - yum yum yum! Oh - and I nearly forgot to mention the dreamy sticky rice pudding with coconut milk...

I love this place!! :D

The food is out of this world (the wine is expensive but they do know their stuff!).

One thing i've noticed having been there a couple of times - the do their steak really rare!! even if you ask for medium-well it comes out blue. That aside, its a great restaurant - I have the rice pudding on the deserts every time.
