Gary Pitcher has been cleaning most of the windows in our road for donkeys years. Nice and friendly, reliable - will clean inside windows and also paints houses at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Do you know if he can clean windows that are on the third floor (4 storeys up). If not, does anyone else know who can clean high windows?

uk72 - I don't know, try giving him a ring on his mobile. I'm sure he'll help if he can.

UK72 - did you find out whether the window cleaner does higher floors?

I'm on floors one and two of a converted victorian house and have never managed to get a window cleaner due to the height!

Health & safety issues are applicable you need a window cleaner with an extendandable pole system. (Water fed pole)

That's what they use on our block - frightened the life out of me the first time they came. I just saw a broom up at the window with water gushing out of it!

I have been using Mr Moultrie for the last couple of years when I realised having clean windows would let some light into my flat!! his charges are very reasonable and he is based in Penge. His number is 07763 193096

Just wondering, can anyone recommend a good window cleaner?

Ours has recently put up his prices and wanted a small fortune to clean our windows. . .

Did anyone find a window cleaner in Norwood? My windows are soo dirty I can barely see out of them! I could clean them myself but i'm too lazy!

I tried calling the guy Gary mentioned earlier on in this thread but he seemd pretty busy and didn't call me back to arrange a time.

Thanks

Does anyone get their windows cleaned in West Norwood? I've been searching for a window cleaner in the area and the closest I've come to is Camberwell!

I don't need anything to flash, just a bloke and his shammy who can do a better effort than my pathetic attempts. Any ideas gratefully received.

I do, though in Crystal Palace... I recommend John (07792-815068), who lives in Biggin Hill.
