A very pleasant local Indian. Nothing fancy, but the staff are incredibly friendly.

:D

Excellent establishment, though have't been here for a while. Easy parking outside of an evening. Small but cosy restaurant with friendly staff. Good top notch too

Always nice to have a Cobra with that ruby...

Yes they do.

A decent reliable curry-house in my opinion. Rarely up Crown Point way myself nowadays but it's worth giving it a try.

Been here many times. There's been a few changes over the years but I've never been let down.

I frequented this restaurant many times between 1984 - 2000 and as a poster above stated, it never let me down. But I must say I prefered it when it was the old style flock wallpaper, sticky carrpet and ricketty trolley, it seemed cosier compared to the cold wooden floor modern decor now. But I guess times move on, but I still remember a bucket in the loo which was strangely always quarter full.

And Mr Naral from Sylett is a most welcoming host :)

Shazan is now closed for refurbishment and will hopefully be opening under new management shortly.

(According to the note on the door)

Has anyone tried out the new Bombay Nights restaurant? Might give it a go tonight.
