Dazza, probably the nation's most renowned Punch & Judy professor, John Styles, lives not so far away....the London area of Kent, i believe. I know he does still does shows, but i don't have contact details. There's a free magazine called "Families" which lists local childrens entertainers. I'm not sure where to get the magazine from, probably the toy shops around Dulwich. I flicked through a copy at the Paxton Green surgery awaiting an appointment a few weeks ago.

The Bookseller Crow on the Hill has copies of the free mag Families South East. (Justine writes the monthly book reviews.)

"Mr Bonkers" is pretty good I think - and local - seen him in a few settings with kids always captivated - although I am not sure he majors in balloon making
