fancy trying for a game of doubles? Seems we would have enough.

I am just up from the Lewis sport centre and tuesday would work perfectly for me.

Sounds good - can't do next Tuesday as have a work event and the 17th is the VN anniversay. The 10th and the 24th are both good for me though. In terms of times - 7.30 or 8.00 is best as that would give me time to dash home and grab my stuff.

Well up for any of those dates.....i'm coming out (I'm Mr. Spoon!)

Would prefer the NSC, and i dont know where the other place is!

By the way I'm nowhere near as good as Spoon suggests....

Cool, looks like we may be on for a game then!

Details of the Lewis Sports Centre are here:

Lewis Sports Centre

It's just on Maberley Road so convenient for anyone who lives around the triangle. My preference would be for playing here, mainly because I don't like walking through the park to the sports centre at night and I don't really want my car to be used as an obstacle course for mini-motorbikes :( . I think Lewis is cheaper also.

However, if everyone else prefers the NSC I'll go with that.

Mrs Syenite and I play badminton at Virgo Fiedus (sic?) on wednesdays with a social group- although they are all extremely good players and we are easily the worst. We are currently on spring break as the school needs the hall for exams so neither of us have played for a few weeks. We'd also be keen to get backon the badders court.

Cool, the more the merrier. We can hire a couple of courts and then mix and match.

I thought most of indoor acivities at the NSC, including badminton, were still closed until it reopens?

24th would be ideal for me!

Now all I need to do is find a racket, unfortunately my old one seems to have been permanently borrowed by someone at some point.

Yes, can do 24 - should we PM at some point re. those that are interested to arrange details and excuse mobiles etc. As I sometimes forget to log onto virtual norwood but with PMs we get a message that comes to our emails.

Be good to get logistics sorted.

Thanks! Very handy as I keep forgetting to check this thread.

Do you need to be a member to book a court? If not I dont mind calling up to do it.

I'll PM you my email address and mobile number.

We agreed on LSC then? What time can everyone make and I will give them a shout and see if we can get a court.

Yes I think it will have to be Lewis as you can't play badders at the NSC currently.

7.30 onwards would be good for me as I usually get home around 7.
