Is this pub still open? I went 3 or 4 times about a year ago and really liked it. The refurb had really made it cosy and it had a good selection of wines and lager, which were on offer at the time at great prices. The few times I went, there were only a handful of other customers in there, which was a shame. If it's still open, I hope it's become more popular. They hadn't started doing food when I was in there. This is a bizarre thing to note, but one positive thing was that the toilets were really nice!

Definitely still open - generally favourable reviews on the Sydenham Town forum:
