The crazy man jumping from 120,000ft!

Yes, that was rather impressive. He reached over 700mph before pulling his chute!

I watched a Utube clip as (Mr Egotistical) O'Brien on LBC was saying how underwhelmed he was. Amazing footage - my heart was in my mouth throughout!

Loved last night's Masterchef; [the hunting guy] and Karl's stuff looked superb.
I make mixes, some of which are quite good. My wife and I cook things too.

The Killing III and Lund's new jumper are back tonight!
And a trailer for the new Wallander film, The Troubled Man, has just been released (in Swedish, no subtitles, sorry!)

I've recorded but not watched Secret State... is it worth 2 hours of my life?

I'll second that - my considered opinion on the 'Things that irrationallly make you go ?!?!' thread:

"Just watched the first episode of Secret State. A shower of usual-suspect British luvvies shot in blue light with a lamentable script and galumphing plot.

But apart from all that... what's with DPM Gabriel Byrne talking about 'our nation' every 5 minutes? It's an American coinage that's always made me cringe a bit - 'Our nation's capital' and all that. Please god it's not going to creep into common parlance over here. "

Thank goodness Homeland is on tonight to wipe away the memory.

Man vs. Food intrigues and disgusts me at the same time.

Intriguing in that it's great to see these family run places serving great food that isn't defrosted or microwaved, or with their own smokehouses out the back etc. and Adam Richman is likeable and champions these little places.

The disgusting part is the gluttonous challenges. It's just too much!

Good to see Sarah back :)

Not too keen on her new chevron jumper though - and I wish they would tone down the incessant politics, most of which leaves me cold.
