Hello, I am new to the forum. As a child I lived in the West Dulwich area but have been living in Berkshire for many years now. I have been trying for some time to find out some information about a school that my mother used to attend in the Norwood area when she was a child and about which she has many fond memories. The name of the school was Rosslyn and it was located in a house on St. Julian's Farm Road. It was a private school with only about a dozen pupils at the time she attended (approx. 1941-1943). She remembers the name of the headmistress as being either Bothwell or Boswell and the headmistress's husband and daughter also worked at the school. Does anyone have any recollection or information about this school and what became of it and its headmistress? I know it would make my mother's day (literally, with Mother's Day coming up!) if I could find out some snippet of information for her. Many thanks.
