Since adding this functionality I thought it would be nice to start a thread about great/interesting/fun videos we see on YouTube

To add videos you just need to click on the media icon when composing a message. Then enter the full url (eg. ) ** these instructions have been updated since the original post here. Therefore some of the following posts contain links rather than embedded media.

To start I came across a great video by clicking on the link in Jannism's (VN user) signature.
Here it is:

One of my favourite YouTubers and an inspiration to me as a learner of the guitar:

Glad you like it. I think the thread could be good if more people post a few.
Mel's video is making me want to buy a guitar today - I've been thinking of learning the guitar for years.

I was ready to delete Dazza's video but it cuts off before the really bad bit

I had a hard time watching jannism's clip. I have real problems watching the kind of 'you are right there' shots of people getting hit by cars. It sends my fright & flight system through the roof and I often can't track anything for a while afterwards (I guess that's called panic). I drove a motorcycle for many years and you get used to assessing the risk and coming to terms with it, but maybe since I've stopped and I don't have the motor skills any more to be chilled about it.

But there is a YouTube vid that makes me laugh everytime I see it! This

is for everyone who has ever tried to run a project, teach a class, thinks cats are funny or finds the Great American Myth a bit ridiculous!

I saw Ursula Martinez perform Hanky Panky live - it brought the house down!

A mime artist interpreting Natalie Imbruglia's Torn as if for the deaf, to hilarious effect!

PS, Rachel, great vid! See the instructions in Matt's first post in this thread so yours appears like mine.

What was her name? I went to Sylvan as well (poor soul, I know!) but I didn't recognise her.
Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Fart, and you're on your own.

Kurt Browning performing his version of Singing in the Rain. A truely amazing video and I still can't understand how he is able to land those jumps so perfectly with that amount of water on the ice!
