He may even be overdressed , but no bitter on tap now & would suggest you stick to bottle stuff !

I bet even the toilets are too hardcore for your builder friend !

An old school boozer with no bitter on tap - what's that all about? They always used to have Adnams on. Is that a permanent thing Dazza?

Dazza is right - not been any bitter on in there for ages. Pub for lager drinkers it appears. Not seen Adnams on in there for a few months.

It's a shame - apparently (before my time regrettably) the pub has never been the same since the interior was ripped out. There should still be a place on the Triangle for a non-gastroed pub, shouldn't there?

Not a bitter drinker myself but they are cutting their own throat i feel if they are not selling bitter.

I've noticed recently that the clientele hanging around outside arent the most desirable. Somethings gone amiss.

It was closed at 9.30 when I cut through the passage tonight too!

I guess that's the Wetherspoons.

Maybe - though Wetherspoons seem "themed" rather than a proper pub like the Railway Bell, mentally I often forget it's there, but then I've never been much of a breakfast drinker.

How could I forget the Grape & Grain... And if we are going to include off Triangle, I suppose the Gipsy Hill Tavern must count too surely?
