Had a takeout from there last night.
Consistently good food and pleasant service. Must have been using them now regularly for over 7 years... Recommended.

Had superb meal there on Saturday evening - one of the best 'Indians' we've had. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't be more obliging!

Top marks to Palace Spice. Me and the mrs regularly still order takeaways and occasionally eat in and the food and service is consistently good.

Smart new menus... a local establishment to be cherished.

But yeah the best cuzza around took some relatives up the other week one of them tried a hot dish which was slightly hot for them when we left they gave her usual dish free off charge so she would not go hungry.

After all the gushing about Yak & yeti I still think Palace Spice are still Curry kings of the Palace.

Tried Yak & yeti last week which was very nice but had to go in disguise in case the boys from Palace Spice spotted me.

Yes, would also like to 'big up' the Palace Spice. Always perfect takeaways and eat in service and food. Not been let down yet.

Shamefully we have not been to the Spice before, dunno why, I guess we tend to stick to old favourites in matters curry. What a revelation! The food was just delish, nice distinct flavours, not too oily, and perfectly spiced. Definitely our new favourite. Mr Spice had the affable insouciance of a veteran blues man, creating a relaxed vibe that's quite hard to achieve in CP on a wet Wednesday. Very good.

Palace Spice remains without question the finest local emporium for all matters pertaining to curry and bangla.

And when one can have such quality shared with local philosophers such as Dazza and the exiled Come On You Irons, you would have to ask the question why would you go anywhere else.

One of the triangle most consistently good and friendly restaurant. Uncle Wilf gives yet another warm and affirmative handshake and a ringing endorsement.

Had a really good vegi thali takeaway the other day. Enough for 2 to share and really tasty. The chargrilled cauliflower was delicious!

Have been twice - the best Indian meals I've ever had. Subtley and delicately flavoured, not overpowering and not overly oily. Brilliant!

We had a very good meal here yesterday evening - spicy enough to be interesting but not overpowering, and they are open to requests for slight alterations to the dishes to suit personal tastes if required, which is always a good sign. Great service as usual :)

Went last night with Mrs Elmo... Was really superb. The food is very very good. The only quibble I would have is that the dining room is a bit narrow... not much of a downside is it?!
