Hatha Yoga Class

Yoga for strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.

Each week the class includes different physical yoga postures that will improve your strength and suppleness. Time is also spent on breathing practice that helps concentration, and a guided relaxation that can help you beat the stresses and strains of a busy, modern life.

A mixed ability, general level class - beginners welcome.

Thursday evenings 7.30 - 9pm


Anerley Town Hall (in the main hall), Anerley Road, SE20 8BD.

7 per class, or 35 for 6 sessions (to be used up within 8 weeks)
