Does anyone have any idea how much retail units cost to rent in the Triangle? The wife and I have a plan to open a small motorcycle dealership in the area, they are not your usual motorcycles but small custom ones. I love the little art gallery opposite White Hart near to the Alma on the corner, any one know who owns that space and what it costs to rent? Apologies if you're the resident artist!!

The old pillow talk has a sign in the window saying rent £5(or maybe 6)grand a year rent. According to some there's quite a an extensive basement as well ;).

Well, there seems to be something dodgy going on there. A friend of mine has been trying to rent this place since the first day it's been up for rent. He was very willing to do all the renovation work that needed to be done inside and pay more than the asking price AND pay a years rent in advance. But after many months of trying I think he just gave up. The geezer just can't make up his mind.... So if you're looking to rent something fast, forget about that place.

Hi I am one of the artist at Bigger Picture Gallery. You can reach the landlord Andy Frigot at 07810186444. We have an open evening on this Friday night 12th February 7:30-9:30 if you want to come by and say hell-o.
