As part of my research on Upper Norwood War Memorial Reverend Andrew Rumsey of Christ Church Gipsy Hill has kindly given me access to the parish magazines of the time which have provided a wealth of valuable and interesting information. Unfortunately these only go up to December 1916 and resume in 1925.

This is to ask if anyone has any knowledge of the whereabouts of any of the magazines from January 1917 up to and including the unveiling of the memorial to those of the parish and congregation who died in the Great War.

Have you tried the UK National Inventory of War Memorials at the Imperial War Museum (http://www.ukniwm.org.uk/)? Not sure if they have the magazines you need but they should have information on this memorial, which may be of interest.

I hope this helps.
