Definately trespassing, though probably a civil rather than a criminal offence.
Problem with this sort of access is that - even if you think that you've done nothing more than leave footprints - it opens up the way for other trespassers who steal artefacts, metal, and in otherways trash the site. In my experience such trespassers also cause damage - albeit unintentionally - but in ways that the casual trespasser will not realise. The photos show that there is grafitti already sprayed over the fantastic polychromatic brickwork.
These break-ins also have a habit of scaring the authorities which messes up our ability to get legal access to these fascinating sites.

The entrances have been common knowledge for years amongst some in the area - the best think that could happen would be for the relevant part of the local council involved to play ball and for the subway to be opened up, patched up and used safely again, let's hope the CP subway campaign achieve this. Wish they would all get a move on though.... I thought the plan had been to open a month or so ago - has anyone got an update?

In walking in areas in and around the park there are all sorts of interesting artefacts - the foundations of the old aquarium for one, although I doubt that will ever be resurrected!
