1) Please, have a seat.
2) A single letter, it isn't in 'team'.
3) The personal expression of experiential wisdom in the attainment of enlightenment. Or a set of apartments on Anerley Park Road.

Second word, one syllable.

1) He once recited one of the most famous lines in cinema history, in our very own Crystal Palace Park!
